Enduren's Artisan Made bar provides sustained energy from five different natural ingredients. They are easy to chew and digest, and taste really great. They are less sweet than conventional bars, which make them more palatable during exercise. Energy delivery comes from a wide variety of complex carbohydrates present in the raw products, a small amount of naturally occurring fructose, glucose, fat and protein. A small amount of naturally occurring protein assists in prevention of muscle breakdown.
